Siding Unlimited, Inc., founded by Arnie Conman, started in his basement in the early 1980’s as a vinyl siding company for residential properties. Later, the company grew into providing commercial siding on shopping centers and apartment buildings.
As the industry evolved and new product technology came into market, Siding Unlimited jumped onboard. When the company was exposed to the new James Hardie fiber cement siding product and technology, it became the most requested and widely used material due to its durability and lower maintenance.
We currently offer a variety of services to the whole Atlanta Metropolitan Area and are known for excellent customer service and quality work. We have been members of the Better Business Bureau and Chamber of Commerce since 1987. We, also belong to the Georgia Builders Association.
Our company is licensed, bonded and insured and we train our employees to treat your home as if it were their own.
As a transition, Hallan Rodrigues, the lead foreman of over 12 years with the company, stood out as a leader due to his industry knowledge, craftsmanship and efficiency. These qualities lead him to take over the company – after Arnie’s retirement in late 2018.
